Part-Time, 7 Years of Experience

I have helped baby-sit since I was in junior high. I absolutely love children. Even when I was a child, I was the one carrying the new baby cousin around the family parties. In the past year, I have also worked at two elementary schools. I worked with classes from kindergarten to sixth grade. Working with the children made me realize I actually wanted to make a career out of working with children. One of my best friends, Kyndra, has been a real inspiration for me to become a nanny. She works at an elementary school for children with autism and in the summer she is a nanny. I thought "Wow! How fun that would be being a nanny! Why am I not doing that?" This is why I am currently seeking a job as a nanny and am so excited about it! In the winter I am going back to college to get an education in early childhood development so I can create a career from that. I can't think of a more fun way to spend life than around children. They are so innocent and joyous and have so much to learn and grow and I want to be a part of that. I am currently working at Kindercare as a teacher in the afternoons. I love it! They are going to help pay for my college which is also a big bonus. Recently, I was a nanny for a 1-year-old boy for a couple months but unfortunately am no longer needed. Therefore I am looking for a nanny position more in the mornings so I can still work at Kindercare in the afternoons. My availability is about seven in the morning to about one in the afternoon. Please get back to me and let me know if this would work out for you. Thank you for your time and consideration.
